Zomet – Teaming Torah and Technology
The technological progress achieved during our era sometimes appears to contradict halakha.
Three-dimensional animations, interactive models, active experiments, will accompany the visitors, young and adults alike, on an unforgettable journey that will familiarize them with the way that Jewish religious law and technology fit together in our modern lives.
Every area in the Tsomet Experience will allow visitors to investigate different areas of halakha and technology. For example, on the electronics route visitors will delve into the subject of electronics, the prohibitions on the Sabbath, and how technology is harnessed in order to allow the use of electronics on the Sabbath in accordance with Jewish religious law in special cases.
