A brand new brewery in the heart of Gush Etzion that produces100% natural beer with the highest commitment to quality in the country.

The brewery and was well received by all beer lovers and tasters. They produce seven types of beer. The brewery was founded by Miriam and David Shire, veteran immigrants from Tunisia and Scotland together with Susan and John Levin, new immigrants from the United States.

Lone Tree Brewery Gush Etzion brings years of tradition of true boutique and fresh beer, which is entirely made of natural products and is kosher.

Tours: groups, families and individuals are invited to take the boutique brewery tour and tasting, by appointment. (The visit is not suitable for children)
