Gush Etzion Wineries
The Gush Etzion Winery, located at the Gush Etzion Junction, is surrounded by vineyards yielding a tableau typical of the Bordeaux and Provence regions and currently replicated by Gush Etzion as well. In the Visitors’ Center one can listen to explanations about the wine production process, as well as taste and purchase wines from the winery.
The winery includes a fish/dairy restaurant (under Mehadrin supervision). Individuals and groups can dine inside or on the porch that overlooks the vineyards.
At the time of the grape harvest, the winery and the grape growers invite those looking to share an experience and the wine-loving public (including children) to participate in the grape harvest that begins at dawn and includes a tour and breakfast at the winery. It is worthwhile to keep posted.
