New in Gush Etzion

Lone Tree Brewery, located in the heart of Gush Etzion, is committed to producing the highest quality beer in Israel, The beer is 100% natural, hand-crafted and made from the finest ingredients available.  Lone Tree opened just a few months ago, but the beer is already receiving raving reviews for each of the seven different styles produced.

The brewery was founded by Myriam and David Shire, veteran immigrants from Tunisia and Scotland, and Susan and Yochanan Levin, newer immigrants from the United States.  Susan explains a part of the motivation behind Lone Tree Brewery: “As more or less recent immigrants, we wanted to build something new in Israel and in Gush Etzion, and to strengthen our connection to our Land and our People.  We also wanted to bring people to Gush Etzion, a place rich in  Jewish History. We decided to create a microbrewery and introduce great Israeli beer to the market.  We hope that the success of Lone Tree Brewery will bring more and more people to see the beauty of this special place and it's importance in the evolving history of the State of Israel.”

Groups, families, and individuals are invited to visit the LaBEERatory for tours and tastings. To arrange a visit, contact Susan at :             972 54 234 5439 or from the US 301 424 7974.
